The hotel’s location was convenient, with great restaurants within walking distance in Allentown and easy access to attractions like the Buffalo Zoo and canal waterfront. However, check-in took an hour longer than expected. we had to wait until 4 PM instead of the advertised 3 PM. Additionally, the parking situation could be problematic on busy nights. We noticed some congestion in the lot, and finding a space was sometimes tricky. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but an upgrade of the furniture and decor would enhance the experience significantly.

I was incredibly frustrated during my stay. The room I booked was not adequately prepared. the sofa bed was not made, and there were not enough towels provided. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking variety and warmth, which was concerning for a family stay.
